Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved just for you, so I ask for notice if you can't make it. Here's how cancellations are handled.
All times are counted back from the scheduled start of your session.
Cancel 24 hours or more ahead
No charge. Just text or email me and we'll find a new time.
Late cancellation (2 to 24 hours ahead)
You'll be charged 50% of the session fee.
Late cancellation (less than 2 hours before)
The full session fee is charged.
No-show
If you miss a session without letting me know beforehand, the full session fee is charged.
If Shay needs to cancel
No charge. I'll offer you a new time as soon as possible.
Fees are based on your hourly session rate.
